Plan for Urban Resilience NOW
(𝘖𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘤𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘶𝘴𝘵)

Natural hazards are rising fast,
and damages are getting worse.

The biggest catalysts include:
→ Rapid urbanization
→ Environmental degradation
→ Climate change

Yet many cities are not prepared enough!

Everyone agrees that resilience is key,
but 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲.

Take Tehran, for example:
Entire districts lie on active fault lines
(a ticking time bomb waiting to strike)

Other cities are vulnerable because of:
→ Poor risk education
→ Weak governance & coordination
→ Insufficient disaster funding
→ Fragile, outdated infrastructure
→ Low community engagement

The result?
More destruction, loss, and devastation

It all starts with understanding risks,
requires multidisciplinary collaboration,
and demands proactive, coordinated action.
