IDB3519 – Intern- RH Jakarta
Job Purpose
To provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience, professional development, and meaningful contributions to departmental projects in a supportive learning environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Assisting in the annual programming for IsDB sovereign lending activities.
- Conducting appraisals (due diligence) on new projects.
- Providing research and analysis on macro/microeconomic related subjects.
- Supporting in the execution/implementation of approved projects.
- Assisting and reviewing Terms of References (TORs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Technical Documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation and marketing materials.
- Providing analysis on the effectiveness of RH Indonesia projects in Indonesia.
- Organizing events/workshops as applicable.
- Providing administrative support and assistance to key activities.
Academic and professional qualifications
- Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Undergraduate student in their final year of study
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program
- Currently enrolled in a Doctoral program
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree within the past 12 months

- Economic analysis
- Financial analysis
- Administrative support
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- English – Mandatory
- Bahasa Indonesia- Mandatory
Program Duration
- Internship duration: 3 months
