Cities call for a stronger role in global governance at Urban7 Summit in Nancy

More than 200 mayors, local leaders and representatives of international organisations from over 15 countries gathered in Nancy, France, on 3–4 June for the Urban7 (U7) International Mayors’ Summit, held under the French G7 Presidency. The event marked a historic milestone for local governments worldwide, as Urban7 participated for the first time as an officially recognised G7 Engagement Group. READ ON >>
