📌 Persyaratan Umum:
Nationality and Citizenship Requirements
• Must be a national of an ADB borrowing member country and Japanese ODA scholarship-eligible nation
• Cannot hold dual citizenship from any developed country
• Must have secured admission to an approved Master’s program at the University of Tokyo
Academic and Professional Qualifications
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with outstanding academic performance
• Possess at least two years of full-time professional work experience gained after completing university education
• Demonstrate strong oral and written English communication abilities for academic success
Personal Requirements
• Must not exceed 35 years of age at application time (exceptional cases may receive waivers with Japanese Government endorsement)
• Maintain good physical and mental health status
• Commit to returning to home country for minimum two years after program completion to contribute to national development
• Cannot be currently enrolled in other graduate degree programs
