Alternative instruments for financing national development

This joint report by Indonesia’s Ministry of National Development Planning (Kementerian PPN/Bappenas) and USAID Economic Growth Support Activity (USAID-EGSA) explores alternative financing schemes and instruments to support the Medium-term National Development Plan (RPJMN) 2025–2029. The study, conducted from January to July 2024, addresses the financial challenges of achieving Indonesia’s ambitious development goals and provides actionable recommendations to mobilize resources effectively.
