Enhanced Nationally Determined Contribution

We’ve been hearing and talking a lot about the Net Zero target, but have we taken a closer look at Indonesia’s Enhanced Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC)?

Just wanted to share Indonesia’s latest NDC, which lays out the country’s big climate action goals and commitments. As you might know, Indonesia has set an Emissions Reduction Goal to cut emissions by 31.89% by 2030 compared to Business as Usual (BAU), and up to 43.2% with international support.

The latest info is that the Indonesian government has submitted the Second NDC to the UNFCCC, right? (cmiiw). This is an update to the Enhanced NDC submitted back in 2022.
