- Smart Design, Passive Power: Energy efficiency started on the drawing board. Optimized building orientation maximizes natural sunlight for heating and lighting, while triple-glazed windows minimize energy loss far better than conventional panes.
- Clean Tech Core: Traditional furnaces and inefficient cooling are banished. The home relies on modern systems like heat pumps, heat recovery ventilators (which warm fresh incoming air with outgoing exhaust air), and solar thermal panels for hot water, reducing energy demand to an absolute minimum.
