Fossil fuels—coal, natural gas, and oil—still make up the majority of energy consumption, with coal alone accounting for 32%! While renewables are gaining momentum, the progress is slow, representing only 14% of the total energy mix (8% from other renewables, 6% from hydro).

⚡ It’s time for a faster and more ambitious transition toward renewable energy sources. Our future depends on it, and so does the planet’s sustainability.
